Every SaaS platform intends to saves their user time, money, and energy.

No one is making tools that are intended to inconvenience you, that add more stress to your day, and cost you 3x more to use them.

They may happen to do those things, but that’s never the intent.

So when you’re coming up with your messaging and positioning, try not to lead with: “Save time, money, and energy with …”

That’s everyone’s platform.

It all sounds the same and is easy to ignore.

Instead, dig deeper.

What specific pain are you solving?

What do your users feel before they find you?

What do they get to do now that they couldn’t before?

Lead with that.

Because clarity, relevance, and emotional resonance will always beat generic copy.

Instead of:

🟦 “Save time, money, and energy managing your customer support.”

Try:

🟩 “Know the issue, before they churn.”

Charles-Darwin survival of the fittest
